My entire life has become centered around sharing and connecting through Yoga.
This practice is a sacred duty and I have happily dedicated my life to nurturing this craft. I combined my athletic background with several in-depth trainings to build a repertoire of modalities to empower and transform. My dynamic & powerful free-flow vinyasas and meditative yin classes are a few of my favorite teachings to share. All of my classes seek to bring students out of their comfort zone and back to their truest nature. I channel my light-hearted yet grounding spirit into my offerings while holding true to the ancient philosophies of yoga through the 7 Doorways System. My mission is to be a catalyst of healing for transformation for those who seek to return to themselves and break through the barriers of their own minds so that we can live a joyful and peaceful human experience aligned with our dharma.
