Kim Bostwick is a Registered Yoga Teacher (500 E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I view my teaching style to see, hear and value each student and teacher I work with. I believe in uniting the mind, body and spirit to keep within the alignment of what yoga means along with its philosophy. I have been teaching since 2014 and teach various styles of yoga throughout these years which has made me a well rounded teacher. I specialize in awakening the mind with dharma messages and meditation in practices I lead. I am a strong believer in alignment and how every BODY can practice yoga. I hope to see you soon so we can meet and grow the community through yoga, love and light. I believe we create welcoming environments for our students to find silence, reflection, connection in the four corners of our sanctuary of our mats. I truly enjoy cultivating one of a kind workshops to give Yogi’s this experience as they dive deep into thier personal Kosha’s. Let’s connect!
