Yoga is for our Good Days & our Challenged Days My personal practice changes as I age and as I cope with mental and physical diagnosis.
Recently I realized, sometimes, when everything is aligned I can dance and jog. Other days I need chair yoga and walking poles. You see we can age with grace at all ages. We come to our yoga mat each day with awareness of the present moment. First do no harm is the phrase I share with my students. It is also the phrase I remind my self to honor. I live in an abundant body. I am in my 60s :-) I teach in assisted living facilities, outdoors, in studio, and wherever I am called to assist.
