My name is Kim Achelis Hoggan aka Sita LivDeep, I am a Certified Anusara Teacher E-RYT 500 and licensed massage therapist .
I am a very dedicated student of yoga especially Anusara Yoga and Kundalini yoga. I have been teaching yoga since 2006. Yoga has been a transformative tool for my life, helping me overcome many injuries including a broken back and recovering from addictions. Yoga continues to help me daily so I can show up to all of life and my two kids with more kindness, patience and helpfulness. I am known for my knowledge of non-dual philosophy, passion for the practice and alignment. I aim to make poses more accessible while promoting longevity. I like to keep my classes light hearted you’ll laugh and learn about yourself, your tendencies and how to cultivate more harmony in your body mind and heart helping you feel more vital, clear and blissful. It is such a delight for me to share this practice with others. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
