Kim has been practicing Yoga for over 20 years and has a deep love for this form of movement and meditation.
Students describe her teaching as ‘skilled’, ‘knowledgeable’, ‘inviting’, ‘joyful’ and ‘fun’. She delights in blending movement, mindfulness, philosophy and biomechanical understanding in practices that help you discover your own inner resources. She currently runs the Yoga and Fitness program at Mesa Rim Climbing Center in Reno, and is a lead instructor for Mesa Rim's YTT-200 program. She holds e-RYT-500, RPYT and YACEP designations with the Yoga Alliance. She is also an NASM-certified personal trainer. In 2014, she was voted 'Best Yoga Instructor in Northern Nevada' in the Reno News and Review's annual 'Best of Northern NV' poll.
