After years of living on and off of the mat, Kimberly joined a course offered online through Yoga Farm Ithaca, a registered Yoga Alliance school, and began the journey to fulfill a dream of serving others through the practice of yoga. Kimberly offers a healthy mix of vinyasa and yin yoga, including elements from the following practices: restorative, meditative, kundalini, and QiGong.
