Kimberly began her yoga practice in 2005 while living in Michigan.
She has carried her practice with her as she’s moved around the world, and through various stages of life. When diagnosed with Chronic Illness 2017, she turned to yoga as a way to better understand and care for her mental and physical health. In 2023, Kimberly graduated from the 200hr Sunrise Yoga Teacher Training Program. February 1st, 2025 she graduated from the 300hr Sunrise Yoga Teacher Training program. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 500. She also holds a certificate as a Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga Teacher (LVCY). She believes yoga is a great way to bring awareness to the mind and the body. She emphasizes the importance of yoga philosophy throughout all aspects of life.
