Kimberly completed her hour Yoga teacher training with Bodhi Tree Yoga in Regina SK in November Kimberlys classes focus on body alignment mobility and active living through a balanced yoga practice She is a Yoga Medicine® Registered Therapeutic Specialist and a Yoga Alliance E-RYT® YACEP® Yoga teacher/trainer Much of her training is on anatomy injury support and myofascial release as well as the relationship of neuroscience and yoga She is fascinated with the idea of using yoga to support people with long term illnesses such as Parkinsons as well as stroke recovery Kimberly currently teaches at Living the Life Yoga on Facebook at Bodhi Tree Yoga in Regina teaches classes and leads workshops at The Nest Health Centre in Regina and regularly at yoYoga in Cozumel Mexico.
