As a somatic and transpersonal psychotherapist, I integrate body-based healing and spiritual exploration to support clients on their transformative journeys.
My yoga practice forms the foundation of my work, offering a pathway to heal trauma and reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom. I also provide Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and psychedelic integration, combining these powerful modalities with somatic awareness to foster deeper healing and integration. In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I lead in-person retreats and meditation sessions in the serene hills above Los Altos and Palo Alto, creating sacred spaces for rest, renewal, and self-discovery. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges my completion of a yoga teacher training program with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
