Kim first found her love for yoga in her teen years as a way to relieve stress and obtain mental clarity Over the last twenty years she repetitively found herself practicing this beautiful mind body and spirit exercise and in chose to complete her hour RYT certification through Yoga Alliance recognized I Heart Yoga Studio in Dana Point CA and continued on to complete her hour certification at Peace Love and Yoga in Carlsbad CA in The former gymnast and dancer loves a challenging asana practice but also embraces the deeper soul healing that yoga provides Through yoga she discovered a newfound passion to pursue what truly makes her happy and strives to live in the philosophy that you only live once so do what makes you happy Kim also has a Bachelors in Communications from Marymount Manhattan and credits a lot of her teaching style to her ability to connect with people of all different backgrounds The beauty of yoga is that it truly is for every body and Kim enjoys uniting with people in her yoga community; both new and seasoned yogis alike Kim aims to leave her students feeling recharged and inspired each time they practice.
