She has completed teacher training with Yogasource Los Gatos in 2013 and with Baron Baptiste, becoming a certified Baptiste Teacher in 2017. She has led power yoga classes for all levels in San Luis Obispo and Palo Alto. Her energetic and empowering style makes her classes a joy to join.
