Kimberly Murphy (E-RYT 500 C-IAYT YACEP) Kimberly is certified at the 200 -hour level in both Kripalu and Pranakriya you and as the 500-hour level in the Pranakriya tradition, and a 500-hour Yoga analyst through the Pranakriya School of Yoga Arts.
Kimberly is also a Thai yoga practitioner and reflexologist. She is a director of the 200-hour yoga teacher training program and training to lead the Meditation Theory and Teaching program which is part of the 300-hour level certification with the Pranakriya School. Kimberly believes that yoga can rejuvenate the body from the inside out and is a necessary component to any fitness goal and life. After suffering from bouts of depression most of her life, Kimberly began to practice yoga in 1992. Realizing that when yoga was part of her everyday routine she was able to see things in a positive way and as a result had more energy, felt alive, and was able to face whatever challenge life brings.
