Yoga has made such a positive difference in my life.
As a teacher I want to share the benefits of yoga to everyone and anyone that is interested. I believe that yoga should be available to everyone and do my best to make that happen through free/low cost classes as well as accessible classes such as chair yoga. We all have a unique journey that we are on and I believe that yoga can help that journey be more meaningful.
