Kirsten (Kiki) is a heart-centered yoga instructor with a reverent love for the practice, the opportunity to teach, and the chance to build community through yoga.
Her vinyasa classes emphasize aligning, stabilizing, and elongating the body in each pose, while finding moments for stillness, contemplation, and connection to the breath. Through her teaching, she hopes students will connect to their body, deepen their self-love, and create a roadmap for honest, intentional living. After moving to Santa Barbara in January 2024, she sought out community through yoga, which thankfully brought her to Power of Your Om, where she fell in love with the heated classes and incredible instructors. A RYT-500, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with YogaWorks in Baltimore, Maryland in November 2020 and her 300-hour yoga teacher training in October 2024 with YogaOasis in Tucson, Arizona. Her personal practice and greatest influences come from Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Anusara lineages. Outside of yoga, Kiki works in higher education marketing, loves to travel, and prioritizes joy as much as possible. She is a curious, open person committed to life-long learning and creating inclusive spaces.
