About
I have been practicing yoga since 2002 and completed my 200HR yoga teacher immersion training at the Nalanda School of Higher Knowledge Bhakti Yoga in Ubud, Bali in 2017.
In 2021, I finished my 300HR training with the Shanti Yoga Training School, New Orleans. I teach vinyasa-style flow yoga with a preference for longer holds and an emphasis on breath work. Guided imagery and affirmation practices are used to round out practices. I belief in safe sequencing and rigorously teaching the balance of flexibility and strength. I run a home yoga studio in Hawaii with a focus on small classes and individual attention. In addition, I facilitate Yoga Nidra classes in a small community studio. Namaste!
