In 2007, I completed my essential yoga teacher training with Francois Raoult at Open Sky Yoga Center in Rochester, NY.
Since then, I have been teaching at my studio located on the Wegmans Organic Farm in Canandaigua, NY. I teach Hatha yoga to all levels in classes that are fun and energizing, with focus on alignment, flexibility and core strength. I believe that these are essential components to help us remain healthy as we age. In 2013, I completed the course of study for Prenatal Teacher Training. I have four beautiful grandchildren and love to observe how flexible their young bodies are!
