I am a Colorado Native and love everything to do with the outdoors, including doing yoga! In the summers you can find me hiking and exploring with my husband in the mountains, at concerts, or doing yoga somewhere near the water or mountains.
I have a rescue dog named Ranger that is my best friend and adventure buddy. I started practicing yoga in High School and finally decided to complete YTT after ten years of thinking about it. I am so grateful for the journey and personal growth from the experience. I am looking forward to helping others connect to themselves and others around them through practice!
