Kristen Smillie

She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYT). Other certifications include: 95 hour Childlight Certified, Creator and trainer of Kids Yoga by Kinderdance Int., and is registered with YogaFaith with the 100 hour certification. Her favorite classes to teach are YogaFaith Gentle yoga, Hatha yoga, and stretch and flow style classes. In every class, the focus is be the best guide for the students as they journey through breath, movement, and moments of peace. It is a privilege to teach everybody at all different levels. Currently I teach under Living Water Yoga from Roanoke,Va. Virtual and in person classes are available for all levels. And I teach at a local Yoga Studio.
