Kristi Bride, BA Integrative Health, LPTA, RYT 500

She earned her bachelor's degree in Integrative Health from Endicott College and completed her thesis on the Effects of Pranayama on Chronic Stress in Women of Mid-Life. She is a Yoga Therapist with her Advanced RYT 500. She began practicing yoga after becoming an unexpected caregiver for her husband when he sustained a traumatic brain injury. Realizing the positive effects of yoga, calming the mind, bolstering the spirit, and strengthening the body; She pursued her training to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance after completing her 200 and 300 yoga teacher training with Daniel Orlansky and Liz Owen at Yoga of Energy Flow, a Registered Yoga School (RYS) in Arlington, Massachusetts. She has a compassionate heart, calming voice with an encouraging and uplifting spirit. Her passion is teaching others to manage their stress and physical challenges. She works privately with clients and teaches specialty workshops such as Restorative Yoga, Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, and Yoga for A Happy, Healthy Spine. She believes in modifications to make yoga accessible to all people, regardless of age or flexibility. Yoga is an integral part of her role in caregiving and she loves encouraging others to find peace, tranquility, and strength within to weather all the shifts in life!
