I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
In addition to completing a 200-hr Power Vinyasa teacher training through STROGA in Washington, DC, I also completed a 40-hour teacher training offered by Cheri Clampett and Arturo Peal that focused on therapeutic benefits of yoga at Pure Prana (Alexandria, VA). I teach mostly Slow Flow Yoga with guided meditation for group classes, Hatha Yoga and Yoga Basics classes. I offer private appointments for gentle vinyasa and restorative yoga along with guided meditation. The components of my 40-hour teacher teaching are based on my training from Cheri Clampett and Arturo Peal, not derived from my status as an RYT with Yoga Alliance Registry.
