She teaches a wide range of styles/schools with a focus on individual needs and levels. She has training in Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar, Hot-Yoga, Sports-related yoga, Chair Yoga, Gentle Stretch and Meditation. She teaches regular classes as well as private yoga sessions. She embraces diversity and welcomes everyone!
