Kristi is committed to bringing the benefits of yoga to more people by teaching in an accessible, inclusive, nurturing, and supportive manner so all participants feel successful in their yoga practice. Kristi believes in the importance of life-long learning, and is currently working on earning her 500-Hour RYT designation, to be completed in 2024. Kristi currently holds multiple health-related certifications, including ACE Health Coach, AFAA Group Exercise Instructor, Yoga Alliance Experienced 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200), and ACE Behavior Change Specialist. Kristi is a Master Trainer for YogaFit and holds a Master’s degree in Psychology. Kristi leads wellness-related seminars and webinars, and has expertise in employee wellness, human resources, corporate training, and organizational development. Kristi enjoys spending time with her husband and two adultish kids, spoiling her two rescue pups, attending Broadway shows, working part-time at her local library, traveling, buying books for her ridiculously long TBR (to be read) list, and reading as many of those books as time allows.
