My physical yoga practice began in when after years of dancing I still needed an outlet for movement  Yoga fulfilled the initial need of athletic movement and soon morphed into a life changing practice  Having dealt with bouts of depression and anxiety for many years yoga brought an unexpected sense of calm to my life with the use of breath movement acceptance and enjoying the moment youre in I completed my hr RYT training in with YogaOne Studio in Cedarburg WI   In I decided to continue my education and obtain my Prenatal Yoga Certification through Amala School for Prenatal Yoga in Chicago IL and have since completed a hr YTT with Shakti Shack Yoga in Milwaukee WI in   In my classes I strive to weave yoga philosophy in a relatable way into the practice of physical postures; allowing people to immerse themselves into the yoga practice as a whole I offer strong intentional challenging classes that give students the opportunity to find their edge both physically and mentally so that they can truly feel how strong and capable they are to overcome challenges they may face off of the mat.
