I am a seasoned fitness and wellness professional and Yoga Alliance RYT-500 with over two decades of expertise in movement and mindfulness.
Specializing in yoga-freestyle and yoga-fusion styles, I blend breath and movement in all my classes and workshops, infusing different modalities into my yoga for a unique and enriching experience. My understanding of yoga's therapeutic potential emerged through dedicated work with cancer survivors, shaping my teaching philosophy and propelling her commitment to overall wellness. With certifications spanning diverse yoga and fitness disciplines, as well as years of training in dance and athletics, my background allows me to offer a holistic approach that integrates physical, emotional, and mental health. An avid traveler, I have traveled to 46 states, 16 with my gray tabby cat, Lavender. I am also a dedicated school teacher, and currently teach secondary science and K-8 yoga.
