Thank you for visiting my profile! I have been doing yoga off and on for 20 years and in September of 2023 I had an epiphany, while doing yoga in my basement, that I wanted to bring yoga to as many people as I possibly could because every BODY needs yoga in their life.

Thank you for visiting my profile! I have been doing yoga off and on for 20 years and in September of 2023 I had an epiphany, while doing yoga in my basement, that I wanted to bring yoga to as many people as I possibly could because every BODY needs yoga in their life.
So began my mission to find a school that would work with my schedule and also align with my "why" and that is where I found Journey Om Yoga in Salem, NH. I fell in love with the studio while doing my 200 hour YTT and currently teach there 1 morning a week. I want people to realize yoga isn't a size and shape and anyone and everyone can do yoga no matter what their level of experience is. We all have to start somewhere and I want to be able to provide a safe space for people to come and learn and grow in their yoga practice. Yoga was always a physical practice for me but since going through the 200 hour YTT it is also now emotional, mental, and spiritual. I am so happy to be on this journey to bring yoga to as many people as possible. I am also Reiki 1 certified and will be getting my Reiki 2 certification in May.
