She has also gotten her certificate through the Prison Yoga Project where she learned how yoga has positively affected those who have experienced traumas. With her background in dance she rediscovered yoga in high school with goals of improving flexibility but it became so much more! She coaches a dance team in the Adams 12 school district, she believes teaching her students yoga has improved the connection of mind and body of the individual and the collective group."Yoga is an escape from the chaotic world, a revelation of ones truest self."
