Since then she’s been unstoppable, building a vibrant community through innovations including the first yoga teacher training program in the area, introducing yoga into the high-school curriculum, training local athletic teams and the best thing since brunch — Souldful Sudz epic beer and yoga events! Like many of us, she originally discovered yoga when her father was introduced to yoga and meditation practices to help deal with his newly discovered cancer. She has maintained her own committed practice and teaches a range of classes from restorative yin to challenging vinyasas. All of her classes are carefully sequenced with safety, alignment, and fun the focus. Kristine sweetly guides her students along their own path of self discovery and personal evolution through yoga.
