About
I grew up in WPB, Florida.
A skinny girl, long and lanky, blonde hair bleached by the sun. I was by the pool all day during the Summer months. I like warm weather. I was able to practice peppering at my local church with my friends in the youth group for four years. I joined this group when in 5th grade and went all through middle school. In high school I participated in sports, volleyball and basketball and was introduced to acting. I was involved in the musicals Oklahoma, Oliver, Our Hearts were Young and Gay and Bye, Bye Birdie. Also during this time I was part of a select singing group, Jubilate. We represented LWCHS at a few local functions. We sang at the mall for Christmas and at special dinners to raise money for the gym our school was building. …So that was the first 18 years of my life in a nutshell. They continue and have been filled with joy and the ‘American Dream’, a husband, a car (accident), a child, a house and a dog.The accident was what started my journey into discovering yoga. I was briefly introduced to Tai Chi which was a catalyst to yoga. Opening my mind, my heart and my body up to new possibilities. Yoga has continued to help set my outlook in life. I have studied and practiced in Florida, Tennessee and finally decided to study in Virginia at the Soaring Spirit Yoga Studio in Occoquan. I studied under the guidance of Nancy Talley, Marni Sclaroff, Jafar Alexander, Dr. Joe and Michelle Esposito and Michelle Brady. I want to show others these gifts that have been opened up in my life. You are the only one who can open them. I’d love to be on the journey with you fr a little while. See you on your mat~
