Joy can only be felt and experienced in the present moment and within the boundaries of our own bodies.” Using awareness and alignment, Kye challenges students; not in how well they are doing the poses, but in how well they are paying attention to the details of the practice and the details of their bodies.
This kind of presence and awareness leads us to a place within ourselves where permanent joy resides! And just to help that little bit extra expect a song or mantra to accompany your savasana! Kye originally hails from Canada. In about 2008 Kye began to discover the benefits of a dedicated yoga practice. Inevitably the more profound shifts and questions began to arise and after more than 2 decades of professional work as both an engineer and musician Kye shifted his focus from not only practicing yoga but also teaching yoga. Kye approaches his yoga with the science of an engineer and the passion of a musician. As Sadhguru states: Idiots do things they do not like. Intelligent ones do what they love.
