She believes an asana practice is a moving meditation. It is the paper and crayons we were given as children at the restaurant. The asana practice helps us to quite our minds so that we can find the stillness that is our true selves. Lacy's classes are alignment focused vinyasa flows. She teaches group and private yoga, meditation, and mindful parenting classes.
