Lancey Knebel is a registered Yoga Teacher RYT having completed the Uplifted Online Yoga -hr and /-hr Yoga Teacher Training  Lancey teaches with a focus on mindful awareness of the body and breath  I started my yoga journey years ago when pregnant with my second son Cameron I wanted to learn how to breathe and relax for the delivery and little Cam popped out in only hours! Yoga had helped me tremendously so I continued to dabble in classes over the years but never really adopted a regular practice In I made a promise to myself that after I walked across stage for my first Womens Figure Competition at the age of I would return to yoga Although I was super excited and dedicated to my training I realized the toll the tough workouts and hours of cardio were taking on me physically mentally and spiritually and wanted to get back into a good sustainable wellness routine After the competition where I won times! I started taking weekly yoga classes and then the pandemic hit Desiring to deepen my own practice from home I signed up for an online teacher training never thinking I would start teaching However the transformation I experienced by diving into the science of yoga and meditation and a consistent practice was so inspiring I couldnt keep it to myself!  Now after hours of teaching and advancing my studies with the -hr certification I am even more passionate about sharing the strength agility and joy I have learned through daily practice of Hatha Kundalini and Yin yoga and spiritually-oriented meditation In addition I love to do continuing education in the areas of moving energy managing stress and reprogramming mindset to create transformative results.
