Ive been teaching yoga in studio settings for the past eight years and guiding teacher trainings for five with a deep love for helping students discover strength balance and presence on and off the mat In I co-founded Zentric—an online yoga studio created to support busy modern women in weaving the ancient wisdom of yoga into their daily lives in approachable meaningful ways Beyond the studio and screen I share yoga with my own kids and in my community by leading pranayama and meditation classes at local schools—reminding even the youngest yogis that breath and mindfulness are tools for life Im energized by creating transformational retreat experiences and am currently developing my own -hour training set to launch within the next months My teaching is rooted in accessibility authenticity and connection—meeting students where they are while inviting them into deeper layers of practice self-discovery and joy.
