Larisa Khirsukhani is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS Larisa has always believed in striving to improve the body and mind She witnessed the benefits of yoga firsthand after marrying a pro beach volleyball athlete whose yoga practice was an important component of training and recovery Years later with the desire to cultivate strength and resilience in their two children and recognizing the importance of having a balanced mind and body this led her to further explore her own understanding of yoga and meditation as part of a more holistic lifestyle It seemed only natural to share her passion and appreciation for yoga and its health benefits with all of you!.
