Lissy earned her RYT200 through Power Yoga University in January 2021.
She started her yoga teaching journey in 2019 when she taught TRX yoga after having practiced yoga for years previously and holding a TRX certification. Lissy earned her trapeze yoga certification in May 2021 and earned hot holds and hands on assists in 2021. Lissy also holds a reiki masters certification earned July 2020 and uses it in conjunction with yin classes (certified in 2022). Outside of the studio, Lissy is an educator and coach, and has been working with athletes since 2007 towards their fitness goals.
