Larissa Noto is a seasoned yoga instructor with a 30+ year practice and over 1000+ training hours as E-RYT, RCYT, RPYT & YACEP specializing in creating intentional inclusive spaces that invite a deep connection between breath body and mind A former school teacher and lawyer she now speaks trains and teaches nationally.

Larissa's classes are designed to guide you through grounding sequences that nourish your body and restore inner balance. Larissa's journey to yoga has been anything but linear. Larissa is a former teacher & lawyer turned mindfulness educator & yoga trainer. Larissa is the owner of The Lovely Little Lotus Wellness which has been creating wellness initiatives worldwide since 2015. She currently serves as Director of Training and Partner in Programming at The Yoga Loft of Bethlehem, Adjunct Faculty at Penn State University and Prema Yoga Institute and Teaching Assistant Mentor to Jillian Pransky. She is the co-creator of Prema Kids Inclusive Yoga and is content contributor with Childlight Education Company. Her work has been presented at conferences nationwide and featured in outlets such as Yoga Journal, Outside +, MSN, NPR, PBS, Yoga Love Magazine, Lehigh Valley Style, and more. When she's not on the mat speaking about the benefits of this practice or mentoring others, she's a wife and mom of 3 boys, published author and breast cancer survivor. Each hat she wears informs her practice—and deepens her commitment to holding space & empowering others to feel, heal, and grow.
