Elle (she/her) began her yoga journey 15 years ago as a way to manage physical chronic pain, the demands of parenthood and work-induced stress.
To stretch out the kinks that life brings, if you will. She quickly fell in love with how yoga made her body feel and the physical release following each class. During the pandemic, yoga became a critical tool to manage depression and anxiety. Wanting to deepen her practice, she completed a 200hr teacher training in 2022 through Your Inner Yogi. Yoga provides a perfect outlet to be curious about who you are and the journey to get there. Elle believes yoga is for every body and aspires to make it fun, inclusive and accessible for everyone to unlock its many benefits. Her teaching style combines a variety of influences including: vinyasa, slow-flow, breath work (pranayama), restorative, cannabis informed yoga, meditation, accessible yoga and gentle chair yoga. Elle is an avid music lover and enjoys infusing mindful movement, thoughtful playlists and playfulness into each practice. She encourages practitioners to activate their inner rhythm and tempo along our unique journey to balance and wellness.
