Latricia has been teaching yoga since and is passionate about helping her students trust love and know their bodies In her class youll learn how your body connects to your mind and spiritual energy with plenty of opportunities to play freely and detach from the idea of perfection I was introduced to yoga in by my favorite theater professor and have practiced regularly ever since It has helped me understand my body my mind and my spiritual energy all at the same time which has truly changed my life I feel deeply connected to who I am internally and yoga has taught me how to trust myself Ive been teaching since and have led workshops teacher trainings and classes for almost two decades I completed Level Level and the Advanced Level training with Baron Baptiste of Baptiste Power Yoga as well as additional training with Tiffany Cruikshank of Yoga Medicine I couldnt be more thankful to have this job!.
