
Laura Arlint first discovered yoga in while living in Boston and working for Nordstrom Introduced by her roommate her first class was a physical challenge that unexpectedly drew her in As she continued to return to the mat she began to realize the deeper layers of her experience In while living in Utah with her husband she enrolled in CorePower Yogas -hour teacher training What began as a passion for the physical practice quickly evolved into a deep appreciation for the spiritual and philosophical aspects of yoga After completing her -hour training she began teaching and soon pursued further education to deepen her understanding She completed her -hour advanced training through Mindpose Yoga in Utah followed by an additional -hour Hot Power Fusion training a -hour Yoga Sculpt certification and Core Restore training through CorePower Yoga She is also a certified Sound Practitioner and holds a Certified Personal Trainer CPT credential through NASM expanding her teaching to include both yoga and fitness modalities Over the past two years she has been teaching at Bouldering Project in Tempe Arizona where she has developed her voice as a teacher and grown into a leadership role Her teaching style blends strong physical sequencing with subtle energetic and emotional depth reflecting her personal journey of healing and transformation through yoga Outside of the studio she is passionate about continued education community building and supporting others in their teaching journey Her classes are known for being grounded empowering and deeply intentional drawing on her lived experience and diverse training background In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her husband and is deeply committed to animal rescue work She has fostered many dogs over the years and has personally rescued three including her current companion—Gracie an American Bully Pit mix who is her pride and joy.
