Laura is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance; formally trained in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and deepened her practice when she reached an overwhelming period of work stress and extreme burnout. Yoga gave her a way to connect with her body, mind, and spirit while providing her a healthy way to de-stress. Laura is passionate about serving people and catalyzing change in individuals and organizations. She aims to share her light with her students by helping them relax and heal in an inclusive and judgment free space.
