Laura is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT through Yoga Alliance based in Arvada Colorado She graduated from CorePower Yogas -Hour Power Yoga Teacher Training program in May She loved it so much she immediately enrolled in CPYs -Hour Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training graduating in July Laura has been teaching at CorePower Yoga in the Raleigh NC Boulder CO and Denver CO specifically at the flagship studio Grant areas since June After leaving CorePower Yoga and the Front Range to pursue a life in the mountains in September for a little bit she taught at Blue Earth Yoga in Leadville CO starting in November She is now living in Arvada and teaching at the Denver and Boulder-area CorePower Yoga studios once more Laura began her -Hour Yoga Teacher Training journey with Asheville Yoga Center in the fall of and hopes to graduate in the next few years She specializes in fitness and alignment-based heated/hot power vinyasa yoga.
