My name is Laura Dyet and I have been practicing yoga for fifteen years In the summer of I completed my hour Holistic Yoga Flow Teacher Training in Nosara Costa Rica with Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom This experience helped me find my place in the world and introduced me to my loving yogi family I also developed a daily meditation practice which helped me refocus my life and become more in-tune with myself I work full-time as a birth doula and yoga instructor in Guelph Ontario Canada I am passionate about pregnancy postpartum and reproductive health and have completed a Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist Certification through Bellies Inc as well as a Womens Health training through Yoga Medicine I completed my RPYT with Jennifer Moore and have since developed my signature -week series: "Prenatal Yoga for Birth" I look forward to working with you!.
