Laura Weber Garrison is an author, educator, retreat facilitator and Holistic Health Practitioner with over two decades of experience working with challenged and at-risk populations. With a Doctorate in Holistic Health, Laura specializes in integrative yoga-based classes with an emphasis on restorative modalities. She is Board-certified as Drugless Practitioner by the AADP; certified by the Wellness Institute as an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist; certified by the I-AYT as a Yoga Therapist; by iRest Yoga Nidra as an Instructor, and by the Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT Continuing Education Provider. She also leads training and empowerment retreats worldwide. Laura has traveled and taught extensively and is the author of numerous articles, courses, books, workshops, and training manuals.
