Laura received her initial hour teacher training with Eileen Muir at Karuna Center in Northampton MA in January In January of she completed her Advanced Teacher Training with Paul Menard at Karuna Since the summer of Laura has attended many -day silent meditation retreats in the Vipassana Meditation technique as taught by SN Goenka and continues to practice daily Laura has also been a Wanderlust Ambassador at Stratton Mountain VT and has been a part of many workshops and immersions since her initial training including a remarkable Yin Yoga training with Megan Moss Freeman in Northampton MA.
