I’m a senior yoga and meditation teacher in the Kashi Yoga Lineage, a teacher at Lunar Yoga Center, a somatic psychotherapist at Align Wellness Solutions and host of the Awareness Offerings Podcast.
My offerings are located at the place where embodiment meets mysticism, prioritizing present-moment awareness and spiritual empowerment for all. On the mat, I teach with a focus on patient pacing, intelligent alignment, creative sequencing and an experience of depth for all in front of me, no matter how they’re showing up.
