About

Kathy attended her first studio class as cross training for cross country running when she was in college over twenty years ago.

Over the years, she has practiced Sun Salutations in Kenya, gentle flow on the morning of her wedding, and headstands next to the Eiffel tower. For the past seven years she has practiced consistently with yoga communities in the Piedmont and Charlotte area of North Carolina, encompassing gentle flow, vinyasa flow, and power flow. Kathy completed her 200 hour Baptiste Inspired Yoga Teacher Training in April of 2025 with the Level Above school (an Elevated Standard RYS) led by Lindsey Auman, hosted at Greensboro Power Studios. When she’s not in the studio or on her mat, Kathy’s other job is as an ordained United Methodist minister, leading her community with grace and love. Kathy enjoys spending her time on walks in the woods, sharing delicious meals around the table, reading and writing stories and reflections, and discussing movies. Kathy and her partner, John, have two kids, and they live in Piedmont NC. Kathy Randall Bryant is a RYT 200 yoga teacher.
