Laura Pedroni is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS Laura Pedroni is a certified RYT and E-RYT teacher I received my certification in and have been teaching regularly since then for yrs I have owned and operated yoga studios led teacher training programs retreats workshops and developed yoga programs for local colleges I have led group classes as well as private sessions in a wide variety of settings including classrooms corporate settings outdoors and in private homes I am trained and experience in Hatha Vinyasa Yin Ashtanga Gentle/Chair yoga and Restorative yoga styles My experience includes all age groups from prenatal to elderly Yoga Therapeutics and Injury Recovery is a passionate focus of mine I believe yoga has something for everyone and therefore adjust my teaching to meet the needs of the student where they are on any given day.
