Since childhood, I've been spiritually inspired.
My path led me to become a registered yoga teacher, certified in massage therapy and integrated energy medicine, with additional studies in dreams and applied shamanism. Yoga was a key turning point for me, bringing my body into harmony with my spiritual journey and creating more balance in my life. Through yoga and my healing practices, I've undergone a profound transformation. It has deepened my inner connection, taught me the importance of self-acceptance and love, and broadened my understanding through various yoga styles like Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, and Yoga Nidra. My journey, enriched by dream work and shamanic insights, has been not only a path of personal growth but also a way to help others find their own wellness and empowerment.
