I am not only the owner of True Touch Massage Therapy & Fitness but I also work within the business as a registered massage therapist personal trainer and fitness instructor I graduated from NBCC Woodstock with a Diploma in Graphic Design in Early Childhood Education from Grant MacEwan University in and then later graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy with a hr Remedial Massage Therapy Diploma in I have extra training in deep tissue massage from Schweitzers Deep Tissue Therapy Pre/Postnatal Massage Manual Lymphatic Drainage Hot Stone Massage Reiki levels & pump suction and fire Cupping Therapy Courses and completed an advanced Myofascial Therapy course in Santorini Greece I have Fitness Theory Aquatic Exercise Resistance Training Group Exercise Step Aerobics Cycle/Spin Mind/Body Portable Equipment as well as Ever Active Kids Certifications from the AFLCA I am a Fitness Instructor Specialist and Personal Training Specialist through Canfitpro Extra courses I have taken are: Bender Ball Moc Studio Yoga Fusion Tabata Training and Zumba Basics and Zumba Toning Zumbatomic Zumba Gold Zumba Gold Toning Zumba Kids Zumba Glutes Zumba Core Zumba Step Aqua Zumba Circle Training and Strong Nation I am also a certified in PoundPRO Pound Unplugged and Generation Pound instructor I have my HR Yoga Certifications in Yin and Vinyasa Yoga taken in Bali Indonesia I continue to teach - classes a week at True Touch Telford Senior Center and at various schools and community events I am a member of Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association CMMOTA Provincial Fitness Unit of Alberta AFLCA and canfitpro I am also the owner of Phoenix Advertising & Marketing and was also elected in Oct and as a Councillor for The City of Leduc.
