Life is all about balance Laura is a Yoga Alliance Certified E-RYT® RYT ® YACEP® and has been practicing yoga since childhood She started in the more traditional means of one-on-one guidance under her first influential teacher where she spent years as a mentee of a hybrid Ashtanga inspired Vinyasa that allows for a more personalized and honest experience in each moment of practice She has been teaching since and received her HR certification in Vinyasa while also continuing her Ashtanga Vinyasa studies at Richard Freemans studio in Boulder CO She remains a devout student continuing her yoga education with world renowned teachers of various styles and philosophies Her focus on the power of asana and pranayama led her to be the founding instructor for a cross-training Yoga for Skiers program for the University of Wyoming in She spent years living in Europe where her focus shifted towards the physical manifestations of stress trauma grief and physical injury- leading her to deepen her study of pranayama anatomy & fascial movement energy work and meditation  Her classes aim to provide students with a deeper awareness and understanding of the physical and its interwovenness with our thoughts and energy and her intent is to foster greater harmony among the body mind spirit  Yoga shows us how to develop peace and balance in each moment of our lives which looks different for everyone and it is her intent to help students find the yoga practice that best serves them  She currently teaches Hatha Yin Slow Flow Yin/Yang Restore Vinyasa Ashtanga-Vinyasa Alignment based yoga and meditation.
