I started practicing yoga in & was immediately enamored with both the physical and spiritual benefits Years passed before I decided to take the dive into teacher training but once I did I fell madly in love & completed my hour certification in a year and a half Asana is just the tip of the iceberg Most people come to yoga for the physical practice but I love the privilege of unveiling the layers of yoga to students As practitioners begin to go deeper both physically and spiritually I see the whole world expanding before them and me Im so grateful for that and its one of my favorite things about teaching.
